NZ Wood
 NZ Wood is a major industry-wide programme about New Zealand forests and wood. It is designed to inspire the use of wood as a sustainable and versatile resource. The programme aims to embed a "wood culture" in New Zealand's culture.
A broad range of exciting initiatives and projects that support the growth of the entire forestry and wood industry are continually being developed. These initiatives include education, research and development, information, design and the promotion of forests and wood in New Zealand.
The NZ Wood programme brings together diverse members of the forestry and wood industry to pursue common objectives of; growing the domestic market share for wood, increasing per-capita consumption of wood in New Zealand and growing public awareness of the industry's economic and environmental contribution forests and wood make to New Zealand.
Founding members of this new initiative are the NZ Forest Owners Association, the Wood Processors Association, NZ Pine Manufacturers Association, Douglas-fir Association, Timber Design Society and the NZ Farm Forestry Association.

Wood. Naturally Better.
The Wood. Naturally Better. programme is an industry initiative designed to increase the use of wood and wooden products by creating a recognisable brand logo that will become associated with the advantages of wood, at both a trade and consumer level. The programme is being run by Forest & Wood Products Australia on behalf of levy payers within the industry.
The multi-million dollar Wood. Naturally Better. programme will incorporate a wide range of activities, from mainstream and internet media advertising and events, to promotions targeted at purchase decision makers in building design and construction. It is a first for the Australian market and is the largest joint-activity ever undertaken by the forest and wood products industry.
